Yes, I often rep things I observe that maybe aren’t mentioned to me. It’s tricky isn’t it? Do you mention the obvious large cyst or just take the case and add it in. I think we just have these things for so long they become the norm. I had that mark for almost 14 years after all and have never mentioned it to any of the homeopaths I’ve ever seen!
