I seriously want to know how this goes, so do tell us! I have heard about this from the curly girl method. I ditched shampoo about a year ago and only "wash" my hair with conditioner with no silicone in it. It's working great for my curly hair. I have to change up my routine every few months, but so far so good. I use some super cheap gel I bought at WM before we moved and thankfully I got like 6 containers. I've been using it for years, so I'm happy it still makes my hair happy. :) I have heard good things about this gel though - didn't know you could use it as a shampoo! Keep us posted!!

I will definitely do an update post here soon. Im still playing with it. It wasnt a disaster, but it wasnt a miracle for my hair either.

Yeah, there is a facebook group that I'm a part of. There is also a book, but the fb group has so many notes that you don't even have to read the book. It has really helped me figure out my hair somewhat. :)
