Staying at home

Hello,
Did you ever think that staying at home for a long time isn't so easy,but enormously useful!
Suddenly you have giant amount of time that yo could spend for so many things like drawing,writing,
exploring yourself looking at yourself in a different way at the same time as you wash the floor or dishwashing
or ironing
Having so many different useless thoughts that yo never noticed ?
Or even if you notice trying to avoid them ?
Well,conscious staying at home alone having no one to talk to is a part of a useful meditation,
You can reverse your attention to the inner self, at the same time transferring this meditation to things you are doing..
Basically, and now I am writing because finally there is an Internet in my house, writing is a super useful thing that is also a tool for self exploration.
Why would you make an art?
Why would you share it with anyone?
How would it influence your inner conditions?
For example:

  1. Painting.
    Never knew how spontaneous painting heals emotions?
    Try it... the feeling when the brush or a pencil is touching the paper is unforgettable. no need to be a "painter" to fully enjoy painting, there's a discovering of a freedom that you never can loose .
    The feeling of a color that you put on the screen of the paper is also very healing.
    Well many people hear of an art therapy ;)

  2. Washing the dishes.
    This one is crucial, did you ever try to overcome the resistance of washing a loooot of dishes?
    Actually this is not a very undpleasant thing. Once there is a feeling of the warm warm water on your hands,
    The smell of the soap with a smell of an orange :) and at the same time there are a lot of thoughts - "why would I do that all the time?","Why should I do that? ", "there is not so much creativeness in this routine"

And so on and so on ...

  1. Ironing.
    I never know how to do it right and never have so much patience to do it, and the thoughts of "housewifing" are following me a lot of times while I make it. But there it is - bingo! Even if you have a day off, did yo notice we all have to deal with a daily stuff like ironing for example. We long for a free day and there it is, and you never can relax. But, as we know these are all only thoughts so it is always possible to change them and to start enjoy doing any work we have.
    I remember when I lived with mom I didn't do ironing all the time so by the time I had to do this it was like a fun game for me. Why not to see it in this way? Who will judge you?

And anything - if you enjoy it as much as you can-will change
It is like yoga in real life.. but first you go through the messy mind

...These are just thoughts of the lonely mind that is longing for the self expression nothing more :)
So I hope this text will as well help someone or maybe someone will enjoy it you never know ;)
