I think that could be taken in a few different ways, actually. I've known people who've said that saying when they were referring to a city they loved, or certain places/buildings that they frequent constantly. So, I think it's up for interpretation on how you wanna take it. I just thought I'd leave a more direct comment expressing my feelings on it :)
