Beginners should start with a low intensity. The first increase is then over the training time. For example, instead of 30 minutes, try crossen for 45 minutes. Only then will the gradient or resistance be increased. If you are then familiar with the crosstrainer, you can combine the workout: Crossen forward and backwards in alternation, let go of the arm poles in between - so that you simultaneously train the balance. Another option: Use your arms during the workout to perform arm movements, such as biceps curls, side-lifting and so on. But you should have a good sense of balance. The muscles can be more strained if you increase the resistance. The incline also makes it possible to train certain muscles more intensively: The higher the incline, the more the leg and pomuscles are strained. Important: Train regularly! At least 2 to 3 times a week, preferably at least 30 minutes. Only then is training really effective.
