IDPH is offering an OASIS education session covering the updates and new items in the OASIS C2 data set for Home Health providers on November 1 & 2, 2017 from 9-4 at the Michael A. Bilandic Building located at 160 N. LaSalle, Room# N505, Chicago, IL. Home Health Agencies are encouraged to limit representatives to no more than two in order to allow for maximum Home Health Agency participation.
