How things are with the cottage in February

Im at the stage of rebuilding the walls and floors.

Today it was snowing, and you can realy feel the air temperature whuch is about 1 Celsius. Im needing to put a slate lintel in this bridge between the wall and key into the floor so that its nice and sturdy. Old buildings always used to have wooden lintels in cottages around these parts. But these days its a mix of slate, stone or concrete. It weighs 55kg and im somewhat thinking it will be a challenge.

Last week i put a modern stardard lintel in over my fireplace which was easier than i expected to replace..
