Being a stay at home dad during corona virus isolation...

So Steemit Community long time no post....

Gone are my days of spruiking Bitcoin and Crypto related scams and schemes.

This is me now, I'm a work-from-home dad. I think a whole bunch of dads just became 'work-from-home' dads in this post-COVID19/Corona Virus world.

Unlike most of you however, I've been working from home for years. But it is different now. Normally, if i wanted to go out I could. Now, i only leave the house a couple of times per week for essential appointments or to drop some parcels at the post office.

But i actually quite enjoy it. For now at least. I can still interact with people online and on the phone. I can spend more time on myself and family. I work out more. I eat better. I read more. I work less. But that's mainly because our business has slowed down during the outbreak.

The kids at home for weeks on end however is the most tricky thing to deal with.

We did home schooling for a week which admittedly was enjoyable, despite some initial complaints from the kids. Thankfully that was only a week and now we are on standard 'holidays' so the kids are doing more fun tasks.

I've learnt that it's best to take it one day at a time. Each day now is so different and I have no idea what's in store for us.
