My Trip To Amsterdam, Netherlands
The Netherlands, a country in northwestern Europe, is known for a flat landscape of canals, tulip fields, windmills and cycling routes. Amsterdam, the capital, is home to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the house where Jewish diarist Anne Frank hid during WWII. Canalside mansions and a trove of works from artists including Rembrandt and Vermeer remain from the city's 17th-century "Golden Age.
Travel to Holland in mid April to see the tulips at their best. Tulip season runs from the end of March until mid May, but the flowers are usually at their best halfway through April. More than 7 million flower bulbs bloom in spring at the Keukenhof in Lisse. It is one of the best places to discover many different kinds of tulips. However, in this time of the year you really only have to board a train or pick up a bicycle to watch the tulips in all their glory in rural fields.
Museum Bronbeek, Arnhem Picture: Aceh War monument. The Dutch intervention in Aceh cost the lives of thousands of troops and was a severe drain on the colonial government's financial expenditure. The Aceh War, also known as the Dutch War or the Infidel War 1873 - 1904.
Museum Bronbeek was born! Nowadays some 45 veterans are still housed in this home and the 'collection of memorabilia' has become a real museum. The museum is one of the oldest museums in the Netherlands. “Colonial Museum about Dutch KNIL in Indonesia” Review of Museum Bronbeek. This Bronbeek is functioning as elderly house for old soldiers who served KNIL (Royal Netherlands Indonesian Army). The museum gives a good overview of the period of KNIL in Indonesia with lot of attributes used in that period.
When you think of the Netherlands, it's hard not to think of windmills. And a country so famous for its windmills is probably pretty good at producing wind The largest number of historical working windmills in the Netherlands are at Kinderdijk near Rotterdam and Dordrecht in South Holland.
Netherlands has many windmills. You can find one or a couple of them in many cities and parks (like in Volendam or Zaanse Schans).
In the fourteenth century, hollow-post mills were used to drive scoop wheels to drain the wetlands. In Amsterdam, you can see the Molen de Otter, the only wind-powered sawmill left in operation. Spend the night in an authentic windmill with sweeping views of the Dutch landscape.
Boleh ya duduk di atas meriam? Liburan yang keren, btw :)
Semua boleh di pegang dan yang besar boleh di duduki sebab semua yang ada di meseum KNIL punya bangsa Aceh khususnya dan Indonesia umumnya.
