The Resilience of a Community

Let me make you a comparison with the centralized world we are living and what is just going on with Steem/Hive.
Imagine you have been living in a rental house for the past 4 years. You have invested plenty of money in maintenance and comfort and all of a sudden, the owner of the property decides to sell the house to a Vulture fund. Your first contact with the new ownership is nice; everything will remain the same they say, but next week a letter comes in the mailbox announcing a 100% rental increase. What The F????

All the options are bad. You can not afford such a price increase, and if you leave for a new place, all the investment you have put in the hose will remain there, plus you will have to spend all your savings in renewing the new place.

Imagine there is a new option, an option to get land for free somewhere plus free shipping to take all your valuable stuff with you. On top of that, there are new homes to choose from.

This is what is going on in a decentralized project like Hive, we are relocating!
Just think about it for a second, would you have such an option in the centralized real world we are living in?
