Hello! Yes I am happy to help. But I think @galenkp Hs it right just use peakd and everything seems to work out okay. I was totally devistated when I didn’t get the airdrop as well. It should be automatically sorted out on the next hard fork and if you still didn’t get it there will be a way to apply for it (or so they say). Looking forward to seeing you on HIVE!

Ok, how do I login into "peakd" ? what is it exactly? Before I go any further let me apologize for my ignorance, I do appreciate your offer to help, thanks so much.

No worries! I am not that bright when it comes to this stuff either. Just go to peakd.com and login using your normal steemit username and active key. Then they send you to hivesign and I think you have to login there as well can’t remember, but you only have to do it once. Hope that helps!
