Sullivan was one of those wrestlers that was always part of a crew and never really a superstar on his own. I liked him, there was no reason not to. I too am surprised that he made it to 74... Wrestlers, and particularly the ones from his time, riddled their bodies with steroids and abuse and rarely make it that long.
Very true...which makes it even more wild that Vince McMahon was hand feeding his guys roids. I still remember seeing Hulk Hogan for the first time in real life at an event and thinking he was bigger than Lou Ferrigno...how was that possible was my question. My dad didn't have any answers at the time.
