I suggest use an inverter for uninterpreted power supply.

I don't know about this concept. Anyway, it was a 12-hour power cut as a tree fell with heavy rain. Does it work in this type of condition?

    In India almost every home has an inverter or a generator as power backup.

    An inverter is an electronic device that converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). It's used to power devices that require AC power, such as home appliances, computers, and lighting.

    The inverter doesn't cost much (INR 2k) but you need a battery (A 24 V car battery is enough) it shifts on battery within millisecond so you don't even know about power outage.

    Power backup: Inverters can be used as a power backup solution when the electric grid fails.
