How to make basic cake
Today I made vanilla cake. It is 2 egg cake. First I foamed the egg whites and sugar with an electric beater. When it becomes foam, I beat it with vanilla essence and oil for a while. Then I mixed all the dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, a little salt and corn flour. I gently mixed all the dried ingredients into the egg foam. Once mixed, bake in the gas oven for 30 minutes. Served garnished with whipped cream.
