I hope all will be fine and i am also fine. Today i am share the recipe of flavored milk in this wonderful community which name is Steem Skillshare Community. I hope you really like my amazing post about recipe of milk.
So let's start,
Flavored Milk:
Flavored milk is the milk which some flavor and color has been added to make it more palatable.
Now a day we can find a variety of flavored milk in market like chocolate flavored milk, fruit flavored milk and sterlized flavored milk.
The method for production of flavored milk involves standardizing to the desire fat% and SNF%.
Procedure.
Checking the quality of raw material:
Quality of raw milk is check through different tests. Physical test, chemical test and adulteration test are performed to check quality of raw material. The raw milk selected for flavored milk should be A grade.
Weighing of ingredients:
All the ingredients are weighted according to the standard. We will add 1.5% coca powder and 0.05% stablizer.
Heating of milk:
The standardized milk is taken into the silo and heated the milk at 60 C. Sugar is added are the rate of 7% and dissolved it completely.
Homogenization:
The flavored milk is homogenized at the pressure of 100 bars.
After homogenization we checked homogenization of flavored milk with the help of homogenization efficiency test.
Pasteurization:
Milk is pasteurized at the temperature of 80 C for 15-20 mintues and then cooled the milk at the 5 C.
Addition of flavor:
We will add 0.01% chocolate flavor. After this we will pack the flavored milk into sterilized glass bottles and other aseptic packaging material.
