Greetings to all skills share lovers,I am delighted to be part of this contest,I want to commend @jenesa for organizing this contest.

Here in Nigeria, (Akwa Ibom state)specifically, there are lots of mouth watering dishes that reminds me of home everytime am far away but the one i love and crave for anytime is ekpang nkukwo, this particular dish stands as royalty in Akwa ibom. My grandmother prepares it very well,when I eat it i lick the plate and i love eating with my hand.

Ingredients for the preparation

1.water yam
2.cocoyam
3.cocoyam leaf(the folded ones)
4.periwinkles
5.palm oil
6.vegetable/ugu/scent or curry leaf
7.crayfish/pepper / Dry fish
8.biscuit bone/kpomo
9.onions(optional)
10.salt/maggi

Method of preparation

1. Peel the water yam and cocoyam,wash and crate it on a crater,mixed the both together after crating
   2.you are going to use the cocoyam leave to fold the cocoyam and water yam paste,you cut the leaves in a square shapes,take small quantity of the crated paste,using the cocoyam leave wrap and place it inside the pot repeat that till you are done.
   3.boil water,it doesn't need to boil hard,as far as it hot,pour into the pot of the already wrap paste,let it cook for 10-15mins.
   4.wash and chop the vegetables, as well as the curry leafe or scent leaf.
   5.pound the cray fish and pepper,put it in the pot ,if the water you added was enough then let it steam a bit so that everything will be in place
   6.prepare the fish by removing the bones,then wash and put inside thd pot. Add water when necessary.
   7.add periwinkles and seasoning,turn and taste if it is okay and then add palm oil,before this time you had already cooked and seasoned the kpomo and biscuit bone,so you add it too.
   8.then let it steam to absorb the ingredients,lastly add the vegetable and the curry leaves.i like my vegetable fresh,so I add the curry leave leave it for 2mins and the add my vegetable leaves and take it down from the fire.
