Here Are 5 Ways You Can Build Relationships And Make Others Feel More Confident
A win-win situation
Be Agreeable - When you nod, smile and agree with the person who is talking they feel valued and important. When you become more agreeable, you'll reduce your stress and increase your influencing power and people will want to be around you.
Acceptance - When two people meet it's important to accept each other. It will build that person's self esteem and confidence and he/she will feel confident in your company.
A Simple Smile - Yes, smiling at another person will raise their self esteem. A funny fact is that it takes 13 muscles to smile and 110 muscles to frown. When you smile at another person, they feel valued, important and worthwhile.
You'll raise your own self esteem by making the effort to raise the self esteem of others.
Expressing gratitude - another simple way of making the other person feel valued and special. Get into the habit of saying thank you to people whatever they do. I personally love to leave little thank you notes for people. My children really appreciate it.
Give praise - When people are praised for a job well done, their self-esteem goes up and you actually notice a change in their physiology. Their shoulders lift up and their posture becomes more upright and confident.
It takes time to build trust and relationships, so begin the process by smiling at everyone you meet and saying thank you.

It's a great post, thank you for writing in steem Skillshare.
I agree with you in four points although I believe "being agreeable" with others should not mean "not having own opinion". Respectful debate or expressing another point of view is something what I personally value more than agreeing in every matter :)
Good job, we are waiting for more posts of yours!
