5 Things Not To Do In The Morning
The way you get up and start the day will set the mood for your day. To ensure you have a day that’s going to benefit you inside and out, there are 5 things you MUST NOT do:
1. Don’t have negative thoughts - You should eliminate them from your life entirely. Instead, always look for a better feeling thought.
2. Don’t start thinking what could go wrong with the things you have to do in the day. Don’t dread being unable to find a parking space, or thinking your meeting will be a disaster - Instead, at the start of the day, close your eyes and visualize your day going exactly the way you want it to. You’ll find a parking space. Your meeting is going to go well.
3. Start your morning without a purpose - After visualizing your day going well, visualize your long-term goals coming true.
4. Forget to be grateful. Remember to be grateful - It’s easy to jump up and get right into work and take things for granted, but take a few minutes to write down what you’re grateful for. This will put you in a great mood.
5. Ignore your inspired actions - If you get inspired to do something, act on it immediately. When you get a gut feeling, an urge to call someone, but you don’t know why, just do it. You might learn something or get an opportunity that you may never have had if you didn’t take the action.
