Graphic Design Class-1 | Introduction of Graphic Software | CorelDraw

Greetings of the day to all students and to the entire Steem Skillshare Community.

So, finally, we are on the ground to play. As decided and declared by @atim1234 prior to this post, it's our first "Graphics Design class" and I am feeling immense happiness to share this post with our students and the community.

My name is Harshkumar Parmar from India and I am your "Design Software teacher" appointed by the Steem Skillshare team for this class. You can go through my introduction post. This is my business presentation if you want to know more.

I am very thankful to the admin team of Steem Skillshare community for providing me such an opportunity to share my skills for the benefit of our community and for our enthusiastic students.

I heartily welcome all the students who have shown interest to be a part of this amazing class and learning some 21st-century skills. We have already received 9 registrations as below and many new students are also going to join this class because learning is free and its also will be rewarding for aspiring students.

So, on that ground and learning spirit, let's start our today's class of "Graphics Design". But before starting we should first understand the basics of it. Because if the fundamental is clear then the building will be strong on that foundation. We will start with the definition of Designing Graphics.

Graphic design can be used by people to promote and sell products through advertising, through websites to convey complicated information in a creative way through infographics, or by businesses to promote identity by branding, among other things.

According to the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), graphic design has been defined as “the art and practice of editing and expressing ideas and experiences in visual and written content.” In other words, the formation of drawings conveys certain ideas or messages in a visual way.

“Graphic design takes graphic and textual elements and incorporates them into a wide range of media,” said designer Alexandros Clufetos, when asked to elaborate on the meaning of the painting. “It helps the producer to communicate with the consumer. Forwards a project, event, campaign, or product message. ”

It is also important to remember that although many graphic design projects have commercial purposes such as advertisements and logos, they are also used in other contexts and graphic design work is often done only as a means of artistic expression.

Graphic design helps to create a powerful impression

It is clear that there is a lot of competition between businesses of all scales, regardless of the industry. To counter this with confidence and take a piece of the stock market, you should try to create a strong image of potential customers or your target audience.

Such appearing helps customers remember your product, and ultimately, your product. Without the help of the art of drawing, you can't even imagine getting such an idea.

The old adage “pictures speak louder than words” describes what makeup can do to communication. There are so many software and applications in the market for Graphics Design. Among all the software, today in our first class we will learn about what is CorelDraw Graphics Suite Software.

It's most popular and widely used by graphics designers across the world. Created by an Ottawa-based program organization, Corel, CorelDraw, also known as CorelDRAW, allows clients to do things like add enhancements, for example, borders on images, without having to look at inconsistencies, shading adjustments, and the sky limit from there.

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite software is a vector graphics editor software which is developed and marketed by Corel Corporation which also includes a bitmap photo editor-Corel Photo-Paint and other graphics-related programs.

CorelDraw Graphics Suite 2021 (equivalent to 23) is the last and most updated version of this CorelDraw software and it was released this year in 2021. CorelDraw is well designed to edit two-dimensional images such as logos, banners, clip-arts, flyers, and posters and is available for Windows and macOS.

It provides users with a variety of tools for creating original or editing images. Some of the things users can do with this program are QR code production, page layout, and adding various special effects.

CorelDraw is mostly used for marketing and advertising businesses as a vector graphics editor especially those that focus on the development of print advertising. CorelDraw is a program used in the professional field to create brochures, newsletters, business cards, etc. apart from logos.

One of the most important features of a product is that it can work with many different layers and pages. CorelDraw is a product program for converting vector images.

Vector designs are made with illustrations, bundles, and compositions. Each item can be changed independently, which means that shape, shading, size, and shape can be changed.

There are a lot of benefits of CorelDraw for Business as Corel drawing is something you ask for, specifically for creating basic shapes and lines depending on the complexity used to make presentations, clipart, logos, etc.…
