How to bake red velvet cake.

Greetings beautiful people and happy Sunday, it feels good to be here again to share knowledge. It's always a pleasure to read from this great community. So much to learn from each other. Today on my blog I will be sharing with you how I bake my red velvet cake. I will try my best to make it as practical as possible so that everyone will be able to do it. I organized a zoom baking class and nobody attended so I decided to always do my class here on steem. This way everybody wins.
Recipe
List of ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup of liquid milk
- 2 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of flavor (vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of red food colour
Procedures
- mix sugar and oil together, mix very well then add eggs and milk to the mixture and add the flavor.
I used my local equipment to do my mixing as I don't have the foreign once yet but you can use your mixer if you have one
- mix all the dry ingredients together, sieve and add to the mixture.
Add the red velvet color and the cake batter is ready
- grease your pan and transfer the cake batter to the pan
- bake the cake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes and your delicious red velvet cake is ready!!!
