Hello everyone @steemskillshare welcome to my post. once again, I present to you a contest hosted by @jenesa.
I am really excited to participate in this contest. for ones I'm able to share and talk about my experience in cooking as a bacharlor which hasn't been so easy on me but some how, I get use to it.
The content of this contest is well understood and below is my contributions (entry).
Withal,the dish that remind me of home is uha soup. my mom cook this dish a lot for me when I was little. and growing up it becames my best soup that I can easily prepare for myself with no stress. And anytime I go back home for holidays she still prepare it for me in a very delicious way better than I made it.
Uhu soup is my home made traditional kind of dish very delicious and mouth watery. @janesa how I wish you are from my country I would have love you to taste it and testify on how yummy it is.

Uhu soup
- Uha leave
- Uzuza leave
- Palm oil
- Meat
- dryfish, crayfish and stockfish
- Ngolo
- Esam
- oFor
- Maggi and salt to taste
(step1)
After cooking your meat and stock fish, measure 2liter of water, pour into a clear pot, add palm oil and allow to cook
(step2)
Once is cooked,add your pepper and crayfish allow to cook for some time before adding little ofor to thicken it.
(step3)
Add salt and maggi to taste,then turn very well and make sure that its tasty before putting uzuza leave and ngolo.
(step4)
Lastly, add Esam and your Uha leave allow to cook for some munites then bring down from fire and behold your Uha soup is ready to be consume
In addition, Uha soup/dish goes with Eba or any type of swallow you wish to consume it with.
