You have to cut it into 30 round scissors in a nice round shape. Round colored paper should be folded along the middle as shown in the picture. Then ...

• Step-03:

Apply a little glue with the folded colored paper and complete the folded paper of 30 pitch step by step. Then ...

Now you have to make a stick with colored paper of your choice. Then ...

• Step-05:

Again you have to take a colored paper of your choice and it should be 10 cm. Now cut the paper with scissors along the middle. The cut paper should be folded as shown in the picture. Then ...

Once the folds are folded step by step, the two sides should be leveled along the middle. Now you have to add a little glue in the middle. Then ...
