When you are in Club5050, your SP increases incrementally. That means your voting power too increases incrementally. If you don't vote at the maximum level you are wasting the allotted daily share of your voting power. That means you are depriving yourself of your share and the recipients' share of your voting power. Remember part of your votes comes back to you as your share.
Besides, voting increase engagement with others. The recipients will take notice of you and usually many of them will start following you, which means they get to see your posts in their feed. That is exposure for you.
Although your SP is small at the moment, it is best to get into the habit of voting at the maximum everyday. You should be able to manually vote daily about 10 times at 100% or more times automatically if less than 100% using https://steem-fanbase.com.
For me I find it convenient to automate part of my daily voting using the app https://steem-fanbase.com. By doing so I am voting everyday automatically and I fill the balance of daily voting power with manual voting. Even on those days when I am away, the voting goes on, though not at the optimal level. I am doing that even with a SP which is much lower than yours.
It is not a requirement but if you don't do it, you are forgoing one of the advantages of being in Club5050.
