Hi everyone, here with me again another tutorial on how to cut and sew Ball gown for our kids especially this period of December for their party.
MEASUREMENT

Half length | 8 | |
Bust | 19 | |
Waist | 21 | |
Neck | 2 |
MATERIALS NEEDED FOR BALL GOWN
Hard net
Bell bridal
Poinsh lining
Soft net
This particular dress does not need much Measurement.
FIRST STEP
After taking accurate measurement from my client, I used 5yard of nets, one yard of bridal, one yard of lining and one yard of hard net.
I arranged the soft net probably and cut it straight. I folded the hard net and cut it straight too. I also cut the lining and bridal straight.
SECOND STEP
Now I want to show you how to cut the upper part of the dress 👗 using Ankara material.
I folded my material into two and mark my bust and waist connected it and cut it off.
I placed the front pattern to the remaining material and add two inches for zip allowance and cut it off.
THIRD STEP
After cutting everything I first of all run thread on the soft net from the beginning of the material to the end of the material to gather it together. I also run gardiase on the bridal as well as lining and hard net.
I sew the upper part and turn it with lining and mark my measurements for shaping.
After that I opened the zip side and begins to joined the soft net first.
The next material I will joint is bridal. Then I turned it with lining and hard net and fixed my zip and trimmed out the surplus.
HOW TO ACHIEVE THE BOTTOMS PART
I cut 3"of another soft net run thread and gather it, I later attached on the gown before plaiting my gardiase
This method is simple to follow and comfortably ask questions at where you don't understand.
