ARABIC WORDS STARTING WITH THE 28 LETTERS FROM ALIF TO YAA

Asalamu alaykum, hello Steemians and good members of the honourable Skill Shares community. Today I would like us to go through word starting or preceded with Arabic alphabets from ALIF( ا ) to YAA ( ي ) just like in English language classes where pupils were taught “A for Apple” in the kindergarten and nursery classes at the basic educational level.
For example we know in English, letter A is the first letter out of the twenty six letters we have in English and Z is the last letter, so we can say it this way:
A for Apple
B for Ball
C for Cup
and so on till we reach letter Z, so this is the same approach I am going to use in Arabic alphabets right from ALIF to YAA to start some Arabic words that start with those letters.

Now let’s start, I am going to write first it in ARABIC LANGUAGE in a table showing the first letter starting a specific word to the last letter of the Arabic alphabets then I will transliterate those words to English and write out their meanings so that you can know how to read and pronounce them properly and at the same instance you know the meanings of the aforementioned words in English language.

The Table below Shows some Words in Arabic Language wit their First preceding letters from ALIF to YAA

The above Arabic words were transliterated in English language for you so that you will be able to pronounce them properly as it pronounced exactly.

If you noticed properly you will see that all the transliterated form were ended in UN, that is the TANWEEN which we talked about in my second lecture, you can refer to it to know more about it.

Tanween is not spoken in a verbal or oral Arabic reading among the Arabs it is only made neutral but you can write it down in words so that means you have to make the last letter ending the word neutral by introducing SUKUN.

All these were explained in the previous lecture, you can check it out.

Now let us point out the meanings of the above words in the table for us to know their meanings, let's
ride on
