Sausage Spinach Egg Roll Recipe
Material:
1 small bunch of spinach
2 whole sausages
2 eggs
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp ground pepper
Salt to taste
The oil for frying
How to make:
Pick spinach leaves, wash them clean. Thinly slice the spinach, set aside. Heat a little oil on a non-stick frying pan, grill the sausages until cooked. Set aside.
Beat the eggs with the spinach, garlic, pepper and salt. Divide into 2 parts.
Make an egg omelet in a non-stick frying pan until half cooked. Place the sausage on the end, roll it up gently.
Bake until cooked. Remove, cut into pieces according to taste.
