Yes, Private Active Key is required although you can also use the Owner key to perform this operation, it is always suggested to make use of Private Active Key for this operation. As far as possible Owner Key and Master Password should not be used.
Because SBD listed in Two exchanges only Upbit and Bittrex, For exchange we need to create an account there.
SBD is a beauty and unsung coin of this Blockchain, honestly, I want more promotion of this Coin, will be happy to see its listing in Binance one day. Our community strength can make that happen.

Thanks for your suggestions,yes using Private Active key for our transactions is good choice it give protection from hacking.
I an also eagerly waiting for SBD list in Binance. Hope its happens soon.
