Greeting of the day to all Best of India Community Members

My day starts when I wake up at 7 o'clock in the morning. I got fresh having a warm bath because it was somehow a cold day due to the rain during the last 4 days. I got a hot bath of a solar water heater fitted in the terrace of my home.

After getting fresh I took a cup of hot tea with biscuits and snacks. I generally take nutritious biscuits with morning tea consider my health issue. Mostly I avoid food made from 100% refined wheat floor because our digestive system takes too much time to digest food that is made from refined wheat flour. In Hindi, it's called "Maida" and we Gujarati people call it "Menda no lot". Where "lot" means "flour" in Gujarati.

At lunch today my wife was tired so she did not cook at home and so we go to La Pino’z Pizza to purchase Pizza and we also purchase some other food for home. I didn't eat Pizza because of its "Maida" ingredients and took some other snacks.

Today, my mother went to Swaminarayan Temple, and she purchased a box of "Thabdi" a very tasty Gujarati Dessert that is made from milk extracts. I like to eat sweets and we always keep sweets/desserts at home.
