Today I'm writing this post on my favourite game i played during my childhood frequently and never got bored.

WWE SmackDown! Here Comes the Pain was officially released on October of 2003. It was video game based on the Wrestling. For its PlayStation 2 version it was developed by Yuke's and published by THQ. The characters of this game were based on the wrestlers from World Wrestling Entertainment (formerly known as World Wrestling Federation WWF) who is the part of WWE SmackDown ( a weekly show) on television. This game was one of the highly rated and decorated game of that time. Also this game has sold over 1.585 million copies worldwide.

Although the Graphics were not that good but its gameplay gave me one of the best gaming experience in my childhood. I really loved its various features and controls. In order to play this game we need to choose our character as per our wish and then we need to select our opponents character and then start the match. In the beginning of match our characters do their entries with their original music. Also we can skip this part and directly move on to the main gameplay. When the match starts we can use our moves to defeat the opponent via various button on controller. But its not that easy as opponent also plays Better. Also we can play this game with our friends. This was the main reason i used to Play this game alot. Moreover their are alot of modes such as elimination chamber, royal rumble, cage, etc.. This game gave us orignal vibes of WWE.

My Childhood Memories With This Game!

Firstly one of my cousins introduced me to this game when i visited his house in my summer vacations. Firstly it was difficult for me learn the various controls but once i did it i got addicted to this game. Me and my brother used to play this game after aur school in the nearest video game parlour. We spent hours and hours playing this game together. We had alot of fun then. But it affected our studies also. So eventually we reduced our time playing this game and focused on our studies. But on the weekends we used to spend our whole day in the gaming parlour playing this game. I still miss those days!

This game gave me a surreal experience of gaming in my childhood. Due to the various modes available on this game i spent hours and hours while playing it. This game really made my childhood! I wish i could go back to my childhood and spend hours playing this game without any kind of tension, responsibilities.
