First of all I wanna tell you that you have taken good initiative about writing this post as it has a different topic than usual diary.
The things you have mentioned hereby are quite helpful for the small entrepreneurs.
Today it is the need of time to have more than one sources of money.
I wanna mention a quote by Warren Buffet-
