A betterlife with Steem - The diary game | Happy Makarsankranti | 14th January
Happy Makarsankranti to everyone.
Makarsankranti is a Hindu festival dedicated to the deity Surya.
14th January 2021.
Got up early today and took a bath, the post had my breakfast, and was ready to start my office work as there was no Holiday in my office.
After checking my Mailbox, I started with my daily task, today I had to complete the Test Case Design and Retest one Bug which I raised a few days back.
I then started with the Test Design for one of the User Story where there was no Data and absolute information provided in the ticket so I called one of the Developers who was working on that ticket to get some knowledge about it. After getting the information I started with the test design. The Test Design was complete so I picked the other task which was retesting the bug.
At around12 'o clock I went to my apartment terrace where everyone gathered to fly kites as Makarsankranti is known for flying kites and enjoying yourself with family.
As we did not have many kites we went to buy more Kites and thread to fly the kite. There was a range of kites available in the market from Rs. 15 to Rs 60 kites were available and that recalled my childhood where we use to buy Kites in 1 Rs.
We bought 5 kites and two different threads, one of which is called Manjha which is used to have a battle between the Kites you have to use that kind of thread. That thread is made by wrapping it in glass liquid to give it a cut finish.
Came back home, started tying the thread on the kite and we were ready to fly the kite.
we enjoyed this time for around 2 hours then I came back home and had my lunch.
After Lunch, I again started working
Around 5 PM I shut down my system and went out to buy some stuff for home.
I bought Curd, Face wash, Ashwagandha, and Brahmi and returned back home.
At around 7 PM, I started playing Counter-Strike, Played 2-3 Competitive matches.
Oh Shit, I forgot that my cook won't be coming today so I have to arrange my food for tonight.
At 9 PM I ordered Biryani from one of my favorite restaurants, as I was very hungry I was eagerly waiting for the food to come.
As soon as the Biryani arrived I ate and went to sleep.
This is how I spent my productive and fun day.

I was planning the same but I couldn’t do it because of busy office work schedule.
I remember that, we used to buy kites for rupees 1 or 2 in our childhood. I have won in many kites battle with help of manja done by myself in childhood.
