Better life with steem | The diary game | 15 Dec 2021

Hello dear friends,my name is Anayat and I'm from South kashmir j&k.

wish you guys are fine and happy.

As it is my 1st post in Best of India ,so I think you guys will like it.

Generally I wake up at 8 am in the morning and set my bed properly .

Then I went to washroom, brushing my teeth and take a warm bath .

After that I went to the kitchen for breakfast,generaly the breakfast contain tea and some namkeen

After that I usually went to my room for studies upto the lunch time,as I'm preparing for NEET exam.

MY STUDY TABLE

The lunch contains a plate of rice with some vegetables and pickle.

Once the lunch is over I take a power nap for 30 minutes and then play football upto 4pm ,as playing football is very profitable for helth.

At 4pm I eat some fried fish as snakes , because fish contain a good amount of protein.

Then after 4:30pm I again went for studies till 8pm.
After that I use to watch something on my mobile phone upto dinner time.

Once the dinner is over I went to my bedroom and put my phone on charge and then at 11pm I finally overlap my blanket over my whole body and sleep till 8 am.
So this is how my every day (almost every day) go's on.
