Chocolate Chips and Pumpkin Seeds Sourdough Loaf

The Easter bunny did not bring any chocolates nor surprise eggs this year, as it did not want to contribute in spreading covid 19, you know 😅 But at least the boys were happy with this chocolate chips and pumpkin sourdough loaf 😁
I am still waiting for Amazon delivery for raisins, so yeah, hot cross buns will be a tad late, but thank goodness for chocolate chips, right 😁

1 tbsp sourdough starter
100 g bread flour
100 g lukewarm water
1 kg bread flour
700 g lukewarm water
20 g salt
50 g water
1 handful df choc chips
1 handful raw pepitas

This looks divine. I am trying - for the third time - with my sour dough starter....
What is happening? Starter isnt bubbling or?
It wasn't. It did for 2 days and then stopped. Let's see. I think I have to find a home for it. Lot's of temperature changes because of the change in season
Okay, for next sourdough starter you make, just fyi, it usually bubbles on day 4. Most of the times you wont see anything until day 7 if not day 14. So dont throw it out, just keep feeding it.
It will go through yucky smell for a day, before you get the nice tangy smell.

Actually, most of mine started bubbling on day 1. And then in day 3 or 4, just stopped. And just didn't move again. Lucky also developed mould. This one doesn't have a name yet. We shall see.
