"THEREFORE, IF FOOD MAKES MY BROTHER STUMBLE, I will never again eat meat, LEST I MAKE MY BROTHER STUMBLE."
1 Corinthians 8:13 (NKJV)

Comment: A believer needs to live a sacrificial life. What you do believe that is right, you have a liberty to do it, your conscience does not condemn you, but you go ahead to do without considering the believers who are yet matured, who's your actions might cause to be wavered in their faith; you are not walking in love (1 Corinthians 8:13).
Whatever you would do as a believer in Christ Jesus that would have a negative effect or impact on another person's faith should not be done: "IT IS GOOD NEITHER TO EAT MEAT NOR DRINK WINE NOR DO ANYTHING BY WHICH YOUR BROTHER STUMBLES OR IS OFFENDED OR IS MADE WEAK" (Romans 14:21 NKJV).

Apostle Paul was saying, If you did believe that eating food sacrificed to idols does not mean anything and would do you no harm, either physically or spiritually, but you had to consider those who are not mature enough to do that. In other words, your liberty or freedom should not be flaunted or shown off, you should always consider those whom your actions might affect negatively, on whatever you wanted to do:
23 ALL THINGS ARE LEGITIMATE [permissible—and we are free to do anything we please], BUT NOT ALL THINGS ARE HELPFUL (expedient, profitable, and wholesome). ALL THINGS ARE LEGITIMATE, BUT NOT ALL THINGS ARE CONSTRUCTIVE [to character] AND EDIFYING [to spiritual life]. 24 LET NO ONE THEN SEEK HIS OWN GOOD AND ADVANTAGE AND PROFIT, BUT [rather] EACH ONE OF THE OTHER [let him seek the welfare of his neighbor]" (1 Corinthians 10:23,24 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition).

If as a sister, a female believer, your dressing would arouse men or fan lust in them, then, you should consider dressing moderately in a way that you would not be a stumbling block to men (1 Timothy 2:9,10; 1 Peter 3:3,4). Whatever you are doing or about to do as a believer, you should always think and ask yourself, Would this help or strengthen other believers or people in general? (Romans 15:2). If your action, what you are considering doing, would not help or edify other believers or people, there is no point in doing such a thing.
If you do not think thus, or you do not subscribe to the line of thoughts shared here, It means you are not a mature believer, you are carnal (1 Corinthians 3:1), and you are not walking in the Spirit and love (Galatians 5:16; Ephesians 5:2). BECAUSE you are not considering others in all you do: "DON'T BE CONCERNED ONLY ABOUT YOUR OWN INTERESTS, BUT ALSO BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE INTERESTS OF OTHERS" (Philippians 2:4 GOD’S WORD Translation). Peace.
