Easiest and most effective is the simple old fashioned COLD SHOWER.... it's cold enough to drop the temperature, gain the benefits, jump start shock your system.

It's not really "necessary" to use ice. It's soooo much more simple to do cold showers!

Very true will be a good way to break into it slower for sure. Just when it's so cold in the morning a warm shower is such a god send haha 💯🐒

Then keep the morning warm shower in the winter - it serves its purpose. What I suggest is AFTER WORKOUTS, when you've got some body heat, and sweat to rinse, that is prime time to flip it to cold... Even if you only direct the cold to your legs... #ColdShowerHack ;)
