I am starting a new series here on Dtube that is a spin off of the ABC show ,What Would You Do (WWYD). Where a social situation arises and people are asked how they would react in that social situation.
What Would You Do ??
So as a Steemian what would you do in this particular scenario? Walk away or stand up for these two Spanish speaking women being harassed by another woman just for speaking their native tongue?
What Would I do ?
Personally, I would give a piece of my mind to this bully as there is no excuse to be harassing people just because they are not speaking English in the US. No excuse whatsoever, imho !!

I'd probably give her a piece of my mind but it also depends on whether she's clearly mental.
If it's a mental health issue, best for all to just ignore the person and they will walk on by.
Yeah that's true @charcoalbuffet. I didn't think about the mental health angle
Not too long ago had a client in the office that was perfectly coherent and cognizant until in his last few sentences when he spoke about being the devil, and why he happened to be all dressed in black. It was all so calmly said without missing a beat that it left us speechless where all we could do was eye each other, so yeah, it can be difficult sometimes to figure out when someone is mentally ill and just simply an ignorant racist.

Hi @robertandrew hope you're doing good. If I am American, I will ask the bully lady to chill out and lets have some coffee and talk about how many toilet paper she has stacked.
