Establishing Habits - 2 Minutes
Welcome to the sand box. Today while out trying to get in some exercise, I was reminded of why establishing habits can often seem so hard. James Clear from Atomic Habits reminded me while listening to a podcast the importance of simplifying things. Even doing a task or routine for 2 minutes can help you establish a habit. Just a thought I wanted to share that might help you somehow. :)
