Today on 2 Minutes with the Farmer I would like to address some statements that Mr. Bloomberg made regarding farmers. If you have not heard his statement I would encourage you to look them up. This is just my opinion and nothing more. I am just a simple farmer from central Kentucky.

It really does reveal his ignorance. I believe he said something along the lines of anyone can dig a hole, plant a seed, and water it. Sure. I'd like to see Mr. Bloomberg make wheat bread from field to oven like we do here. Only then can he make a statement like that.

Well said, there is no food without farmers, they seem to forget that right now, but once the economy shuts down due to nothing being made because factories are closed because the workers are all sick (China) and nothing will be shipped around to grocery stores, etc... Once that happens he might learn some appreciation for the hard workers that make sure there is food for his family. :D
