The Diary Game3 [23/01/2025]-Attending my aunty’s house opening ceremony.

Hello @everyone accept special greetings from this end of globe .It’s another great day for me as my aunty will celebrating her new house opening today .It’s always a great joy to see yourself living in your own house .Seriously rentage is now a different thing my location .Very expensive and at times majority of the landlords don’t threat tenants well.To avoid all these boohoo issues with the landlords is better to build your house and stay there .

My aunty is some that invested on his child to see them succeed than other things .She has a house in our village .Her and the late husband built like 35years back.But because they are based in Bamenda town northwest region of Cameroon .coupled with the crisis hitting the region my village became a no ghost area where people can’t live .

Recently my aunts kids decided to build a Morden and outstanding house for their mother . They discovered their mother’s land lord took advantage of the crisis and was always increases house rent passes. To avoid all these the only option was for children to build their mother a house .All of her 3 kids are well do . Today, Was the final day of my aunts opening house ceremony. I had to keep aside other things to attend the house opening at 2:00pm.Before this time I was done prepared and left the house to my aunts place.

Am not leaving far from my aunty new place(house) .I took a cab there , while arriving some at my aunts place some of her invitees were already there. OmG , I had to take a look at my new house first before entering in .The house is extremely beautiful,the contractor did a great job .What I love most is that my aunts house has enough space that can host more than three hundred people if there is an occasion.

People can freely move without no problem . She will always use her yard to host her occasions.Without going to pay Venus to do such .At 2:30pm, church services started in my aunts place .She invited priests to host service for the celebration of her house ceremony.

Everyone was seated in the house while some were outside attending the service .The church services was very brief during the service. The priest moved around and blessed the house with holy water .

Exactly at 3:30pm, the church service ended .The Priests gave talks to encourage others you haven’t to be inspired to build .The priest didn’t only end there but cautioned everyone there is time for everyone and we should always do our things according to our strength.We should not run other people’s race.The church service ended by the priest praying and blessing the contractor who built my suns house and his workers. For the great job done .

Immediately, the celebration of the house opening started .They was plenty food and drinks for people eat.I had to assist in one way or other to ensure my aunts invitees.Should not leave without eating or drinking .We arranged the food in the gas kitchen how it will be easy for people to serve food without no problem.

There was plenty foods and drinks .That people ate to their satisfaction. Dancing going and everyone was move snapping my aunts house .To be frank the house is very beautiful in and outside. After, I saw people were almost entertained I served my food .I decided to eat fried rice and fried banana acrra in preference of other food.

At this point in time , people were still coming in with gifts for my aunty and celebration .Seriously going on ,due to insecurity of my home town, I had to leave back home. Eventhough, am not far from aunts .She saw me off at the gate , immediately as she saw her friends coming .They started stories and I had leave her quietly to enjoy the day with friends while go back home.

I arrived home around 6:00pm,I was very tired .My husband was just back from working.I heated food and served my family with.At this juncture I freshened up and called it a day by going to bed .What a great , it was really a wonderful day celebrating my achievements.To build a house in my home town is not even easy .Materials are very expensive not to talk of purchasing a plot in a good location .I taped from my aunts grace .That one day I should also, be a house owner .Bye bye 👋 until we meet in my next diary session.
