Celebrating the life of my late uncle (Died of kidney failure onthe 7th August 2024, In Ireland).

Steem greetings to you all from my home country Cameroon.It’s has been a whole one week lockdown in my location northwest region imposed by separatists fighters on the population.While we are mourning for the lost of my uncle who passed away onthe 7th, of August 2024.Due to kidney failure 😭 🤣😭.It’s a very heart pill for us the family to swallow.He died leaving a wife and two children behind.

His mortal remains has been kept in the mortuary in Ireland to be lay to rest on Saturday 21th of October 2024 . Funeral service Dublin Ireland and proper burial Dublin airport.His departure is not only a great lost to the family but to the entire community in my villiage and those who lived around him .He played a great role for community development, charity and provided humanitarian services to the vulnerable.

His departure has left a lot of family members, friends and relative in tears . He died as an Irish citizen for 19years . Today Saturday the 21st September 2024.Decided to put his wake mass today since majority of friends , family members and relatives .Can’t be able to travel to Ireland for my uncle burial . The church wake mass time is to starts at 2:30pm at Saint John Catholics .

Arrangements of foods and chewable after my uncle wake mass to entertain people was arranged the previous due to lockdown. In the morning period everyone was busy try to put things in order before my uncle wake keep . After , I had some errand to run in town , the town was so busy and conjested.As people stayed in the house for one week indoors .

When I was done , it was time for my uncle wake mass to start . I hurriedly and prepared myself for mass wake. I earlier mentioned the wake keep mass is celebrating his life and praying for his soul to rest in peace .I arrived Saint John Catholic Church ,When the wake keep has just started.

After, the mass,we pleaded with friends and well wishers who came to mourn with us to have have a bite of some food or chewable.Before leaving the church premises .It’s was really a painful situation as almost everyone was in deep grief. Asking questions who will continue the good work my uncle was doing for the community and even in Ireland where he was based .

No one could answer such but we believe God love him most than we do . Rain was falling heavily but we still succeeded to entertained our mourners who came to join us .Later, it’s was getting late I had to back home. Thanking all the people who came to celebrate the life of our late uncle with us in the church .

The funeral mass and burial will take place on the 21st of August 2024.In Dublin Ireland. At the same funeral mass will take in village.My uncle birth of origin Kumbo .
