The Diary Game 3 - Friday 23rd September 2022

Hello hello hello! Hope you all are doing great 😃. Bringing to you another sweet diary game of my new life as a home girl haha. Here's all about my Friday!

On Friday I decided to put my foot down and get some breakfast. I made tea and bread for my mother, and myself.

My cousins had already left for school so no breakfast for them 😂. After breakfast, I had a class on Preply for an hour. After my class my father gave me money to get food items for the day. I decided to cook rice and groundnut soup. So I went to the market and got my stuff very quickly. I came home and started preparing the food. Since the cereal blender is bad I had to go up the hill to ground the groundnuts.

That hill wasn't an easy hill to climb though. I was sweating. When I came back my cooking continued. At the same time, they were taking down the old plank house behind our house so that a fence can be constructed. In this house my mother used to rare chickens. It's was kind of sad seeing the little structure being taken down.

In like 2 hours at most, food was ready. I dished the food for the builders, my mother and my father. I went ahead to freshen up and rest before dishing the food for myself.

As my new routine now I ate in my room while preparing to meet students later in the evening. My classes ended at 8pm. How would I describe my teaching experience so far? It's been great! All my students have been darlings.

I spoke to my big sister for a while before heading to bed. I had to sleep because I had some classes the next day in the morning. I prayed and then slept at 10pm.
