The Dairy Game 3 - 17/09/2022 | Visiting Buea

So funny how events have turned. I used to live in Buea but now I just get to visit it. Well they do say change is constant. Here's how my day of yesterday started and ended.

Yesterday morning I was in a deep sleep as the rain drops were hitting my roof. In my dreams I was saying to myself I hope the rain stops when it's morning because I have laundry to do. Little did I know it was already morning 😂. Suddenly like two offline notifications entered my phone which surprisingly woke me up. I woke up and checked my time it was already passed 8am.

I jumped out of the bed and ran to the living room to ask my Father why he didn't wake me up earlier. While I was there I told him I had to come to Buea so he have me his go ahead. So hurriedly I went on and started my laundry at the back of the house. While doing that two of my aunties came to visit us so I had to make them breakfast.

Later on I got ready but faced a little bit of trouble picking what to wear. It took me like 3 dress changes to finally decide. Before leaving my house u gave my cousins some instructions since I was to return the next day.

Leaving the house I boarded a bike to the motor park where I then boarded the bus that goes to Buea. Half way through the journey we saw that there had been an accident on the road. The cars were so twisted and there was blood everywhere inside one of the cars. At that moment I thanked God for my life. Not long after that view I stopped at the Mile 17 motor park then headed for my friend's house.

Her house is so pretty and we'll decorated. The reason I came to her is because he's also a Preply tutor, so I wanted us to share ideas on some things. But before anything else sh me served me some food. It was yam porridge.

It was yummy. I ate and rested for a while before our little working session began. We talked about alot of things that concerned teaching on Preply. She also had some people who wanted to also be Preply teachers come over. So they came to have an orientation about the whole teaching English online idea. It was a long orientation session which ended with us helping these girls yo register for their TEFL certification test.

By the time the visitors left it was already passed 9pm. At this time I just did my evening stretches freshened up and balanced myself to watch some tv. My friend had classes at that time up till 1 am. So I stayed up with her. My classes where scheduled for Sunday 18th. To kill some time yesterday evening while she thought, I reviewed some engagement challenge posts in steem Cameroon. My friend and I finally hit the bed at 2am.
