Steemit Engagement Challenge S4-W3 | Are people made or born

People are the socle of existence and it's great to expantiate and be exuberant in knowledge concerning this significant entity of Life and who is at the very core of existence itself.

           WHAT IS TALENT ?

Coming now to the subject what talent is, I will be careful to define it plainly so as not to mix it with skill, given that in action they look clearly thesame.
Talents are natural abilities that individuals grow up to discover that they are born with. These ainnate abilities to do certain things which the general population will not have the same ability.

So then if we say you have talent in football it means prior to no training we realized that you have abilities to manoeuvre the ball.
other forms of talent are talents in Music,
talents in sports just to name a few.

          Difference between
        Learned  talent(skill)
 and In-born talent( natural talent)

Now it is very clear that two people can do something and produce similar results yet one is talented and the other is skilled.
A skill is an acquired ability due to intense training and difficulty. for example naturally some people are born without the ability to sing well, especially in the male gender for example.
Now because of a desire and passion he can enroll in and academy of music to learn the skill of singing.
Instead with talent it's effortless, smooth and so innate to reproduce results.
and if you go to learn it's how to improve and not how to become.

I will add another illustration above, some things in life need us to learn the skill obviously, for example , no body comes out of his mother's womb knowing how to read, or write, how to play the piano,
so one of the easiest differences between talents and skill is the time it takes to adapt to teaching.
A talented person may take one month for example while the one who is not naturally talented may take 6 months, it's more strainous and difficult for the non talented person because the ability to adapt and learn fast is not inborn.

    HOW TO RECOGNISE TALENT

Over the years, the easier way to recognise that someone had talent is that some characteristics like the ability is discovered early in life.
another thing is that you see passion in the expression of this ability.
and lastly, the ease with which the person does this irrespective of the age.
those are some few criteria that is always found in recognising talent.
You see that people of his/her same age and group can't reproduce the same results even though they all have the same level of either taught or not taught.

            ABOUT MY TALENT

For me I can say my talent is singing, I have never been to any music school or any classes, but from the age of 8 I discovered when I sing people tell me I have a very nice voice, and so that's one of my God given talent he has blessed me with, right from the age of 12 I had already started composing songs that were very pleasing to the ear.
Till today by God's grace I also sing very well. Unfortunately it's not easy to upload a video on steemit.

Finally then what can we say. We can say that people are made and also people are born as far as talent and the exhibition of one's self is concerned, Some don't look much when they are born and begin to grow but with a lot of character and determination turnout to become even more than those naturally born endowed with so much.
So people are both born and made. that's my honest opinion.
