My Diary Game: Attending My Colleague's Marriage/14/12/23/

Hello my good people of steemit, warm greetings from Nigeria to you all. I believe today was Thursday with a difference as I will be sharing with you all how my short day went.

Today like every other day started well, I woke up strong and happy. I carried out my chores perfectly fine before I felt this sudden weakness in me.

I don't know what might have caused it, I was weak to the point I thought i was going to cancel the plan I had of attending my colleague traditional marriage.

I stayed the whole morning not being able to stand up, eat or even take my bath. I wasn't happy atall. I had to send my sister for sprite, which I mixed with salt and drank to boost my energy and with time it worked.

By this time it was already pass time I was supposed to meet with my colleague so we could go to the venue together. I managed to eat the rice which my sister prepared before I proceeded to freshen up and then wear my clothe.

I didn't want to stay back even after knowing I was late so I asked for the description of the place and headed there right away.

On getting there, I meet with some of my colleagues who were in attendance too and I was happy atleast I arrived when the bride wasn't danced out yet so I joined my colleagues where there were seated.

We engaged in picture taking while we were waiting for the main reason why we were there and it was a fun one.

After a while, the bride was sent to be brought out, and we all happily danced her out to her husband, it was really colourful and interesting. I managed to capture the bride and groom.

The happiness on their faces was remarkable. It was a beautiful sight to see people dance like never before, everyone out there did well in putting their body into action.

Indeed marriage is a beautiful thing. We celebrated with her although we didn't have the chance of taking pictures with her. After the celebration, we dispaired to our various homes.

When I got back home, I freshened up and then partook in a contest in steem kids and parents community, and here I am sharing how my brief day went with you all.
