Hello dear steemians. Welcome back to THWA. I trust you guys have been having a wonderful Sunday. Today is one of those few somewhat free days that I have to myself and you can guess what I did, I took a nap😂😂. If you read my last post on the importance of sleep you will see why sleep is good for you.
Today we are back and we shall be talking about fruits. Ah yes. Fruits fruits fruits. Mangoes, oranges, watermelon, lemon, grapes, figs, papayas, pineapples🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🍌🍉🍇🍓🫐🍈🍒🍑🥭🍍🥥🥝🍅🥑…. you name the rest. Fruits are delicious gifts from mother earth that surprising we don’t take enough advantage of. Which is hard to understand why as they are not that expensive.
It is said that a fruit a day keeps the doctor away and while this depends on the scenario, a fruit a day can go a long way to prevent frequent hospital visits. Remember, health is wealth.
By the time I’m done with this, you should definitely be running to get yourself some fruits because why not ?
Why should you eat fruits ?
-It’s only logical that we start with the most benefit of eating fruits. Science has proven time and time again, that eating a fruit a day or fruits regularly greatly reduces the risk of developing or exacerbating diseases. The diseases are so many to be listing in this little note but fruits go a long way in helping against disease.
-Have you always envisaged being strong and powerful like Samson ?🌚 Well you won’t be strong like Samson lol but eating fruits helps you to build muscle and bones to make you stronger than you currently are.💪🏾
-One of the great improtances of fruits and a significant component is their water content. As well all know, most fruits contain a lot of water and eating them regularly helps you stay hydrated.💧
-In our systems, we have tiny annoying atoms that make us age faster, get tired easily, damages cells called free radicals. Fruits contain antioxidants that help against these free radicals. This is why most people who eat healthy are usually seen with clear skin. It’s not just iphone camera and sun.😂
-Fruits contain fiber which help greatly in digestion and also helps you lose unnecessary weight.
-Fruits are jam packed with minerals and vitamins which help our systems grow with an increased nutrient content for example, pears are full of potassium and potassium literally helps the heart to keep pumping.✨
-I meantioned this in passing but I cannot emphasise this enough. Fruits make your skin glow. I won’t discredit skin care vendors and their products but what I’ll say is most of them are completely unnecessary and not so great for your skin. I will discuss skincare another day but I assure you, staying hydrated, eating fruits and eating healthy is what you need.
-Fruits make you smarter. Take bananas for example, one of the great uses of bananas is that it literally makes you smarter when eaten often. Try it.
-Fruit is good for stabilizing your blood sugar and giving you energy.🔥
-Fruit is so delicious. You can eat it as breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack.
Fruit has so many other uses. At this point, if you’re not eating fruits, you’re just being stubborn. I hope you guys take this to heart.
Also, now that we’re on fruit, what’s your favorite fruit ? Mine is watermelon seconded only by mango😄😄

I have not really been taking fruit eating very seriously. I have to become very serious with ma diet as from today. Indeed alot benefits from eating fruits

I really feel like running for some fruits now.
I love fruits so much. When I discovered of their health benefits from that day I decided to nurse almost all the fruits and I plant them just in our backyard so that I can eat from there tomorrow why not share to friends and family members
