The Diary game 9/6/2024 A day full of service, whirlwind activities and mixed feelings 😊😌🥲😊☺️🙏

Greetings 😊 family and happy new week. Yesterday was a day full of joy, service and mixed feelings.I got up in the morning, hurried to Mawa Hotel Mile 6, where my friend's sister was to be baptized.

Despite the cold and drizzle, the ceremony proceeded with six individuals taking this significant step in their faith journey. Following the baptism, we attended church service, which was another enriching experience. The baptismal candidates were given a certificate to attest and as a reminder of the step they had taken.

Later I delivered some bedsheets, and seeing the satisfaction on her face was so satisfying.

Back home, we spent quality time playing with the baby before heading to town.I noticed that being around infants, loving and caring for them makes them register your image somehow in their minds.I remember when she was born i would always come and Carry her and spend some time.Now, no matter how long I stay without coming over, when I come she would look at me for a while and smile. I think the look is saying where have you been😂And when I carry her, she is touching one thing or the other, excited and playing. I guess that's her way of saying I know you and I miss you 😂😂

My sister secured a job in Douala, so my aunt and I assisted her in packing and bidding her farewell. We've been living together since 2019 till now and I watched her grow into this big woman. I knew someday we would have to part ways, you know that saying 30 children would not play together for 30 years .I didn't see time pass. I'm happy she is going to start her life. However, I couldn't help but have a mix of bittersweet emotions. But had to remain 😊 smiley. Didnt want her to feel sad.

I had a friend come over and collect some skin products. Saw him off and came back home.

While home at night, I struggled to watch movies but to no avail.It had rained and the cable wasn't clear. So I retired for the night.
