“THE PROJECT STEEM-CAMEROON STRUCTURING CAMPAIGN”; by @njiatanga COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVE CAMEROON, 04/13/2021

Greetings to you all fellow steemians. It’s has been a wonderful and enjoyable journey so far steeming from Cameroon to the World Via STEEMIT; it can only be the great Steemit community with such an enormous opportunities for that we so much appreciate the steemit team #steemitblog. Steemit made its way into Cameroon few years back with little wave as less people were unaware of it. But due to the efforts of some great steemians from Cameroon notably @thegreens who thought it wise of breaking the silence and preaching the Steemit good news to the youths of Cameroon precisely in Bamenda where it all started, steemit began to strive as his recruits started taking up the paste with @njiatanga being appointed steemit Cameroon country representative followed by @saxopeda who was also appointed and ever since then steemit Cameroon has witness a significant growth; 71 steemians in total now in Cameroon. We therefore intend to in this project take it further by establishing sustainable systems that will enable steemit become a strong hold in the country.

This project is all about establishing sustainable Steem-Cameroon systems that will enable for long term sustainability and growth of steemit in Cameroon. How does it work? The whole system will be established on a basis of four basic organs namely;

1.) Steemit-Cameroon Administrators and Moderators

2.) Steemit-Cameroon Focal Points

3.) Steemit Ambassadors

4.) General Steemians from Cameroon

Functions:

a.) Steemit-Cameroon Administrators and Moderators

• The shall be in charge of ensuring the values of steemit are met and also work to accompany the steemit team in achieving the 3RS.

• The shall uphold and oversea the entire system

• The shall create and organize projects regularly to accompany steemians in their activeness on the platform.

• The shall ensure every steemian from Cameroon gets maximum support

• The shall ensure for quality content creation through trainings and mentoring steemians from Cameroon.

• Establish a follow up system the captures every steemian from Cameroon

b.) Steemit-Cameroon Focal Points

• The will work in close collaboration with the Administrators and Moderators.
• Mentor steemians within their cities.
• Ensure that steemians take on all the achievement task
• Organize city contests
• Ensure quality content creation

c.) Steemit Ambassadors

• The form the basic frontline of steemit in Cameroon. The shall be tasked with scouting for steemits.
• Relate new steemians to Focal Points for metoring and integration
• Work in close collaboration with the Focal points

d.) General Steemians from Cameroon

This organ is made up of all active steemians from Cameroon. The form the free cell organ, the are all free to create content in any community of their choice while also actively promoting the Steem-Cameroon community.

This project is schedule to follow suit to the achievement of activity four for a period of 18 months with a target to bring on board 1.5 million steemians with a regional scope of three regions; that is the North West Region, South West Region and The West region of Cameroon inclusively adding all other activities that align with the objectives of this project

PLANNED ACTIVITIES/METHODOLOGY
For the establishment of this system as enumerated above, we have set made a road map of activities that will enable us achieving our goals.

1.) Massive sensitization and recruitment Campaign Targeting two regions in Cameroon.

2.) Mentor-ship and trainings.

3.) Establishment of organs

4.) Inauguration of Steemit-Cameroon main office and training center.
