Steem Cameroon Delegations Review, Recommendations and Rewards | The 100K SP Project

Mindful of the Steem Cameroon Community Membership announcement, members of the community are obliged to delegate SP to the community account, @steem-cameroon as can be read here: https://steemit.com/hive-195150/@steem-cameroon/2neyqt-steem-cameroon-community-membership-announcement-or-are-you-a-cameroonian-steemian-have-you-registered

Today, we review members' SP delegations to the community account and recommend amounts for them to delegate to the community account.

@Members are given till Tuesday 05th April 2022 at 06:00 PM to review their delegations, so that their delegation rewards will be calculated based on the reviewed amount. After 05/04/2022, rewards of members who have not reviewed will be calculated based on their amounts indicated in this list.

If we all review our delegations to the recommended, @steem-cameroon will hold +65K dekegated SP which will add to her 15K to be approximately 80K SP. This will mean 50% upvotes will be worth more than $0.5 and 100% upvote will be worth more than $1.2 at current Steem values. Our goal is to hit 100K SP within the next 3 months so that we can give our community members very juicy upvotes and amazing delegation rewards.

@Steem-Cameroon will henceforth be recommending booming upvotes based on the percentage of delegations, especially for smallholder delegators.

We realized from this delegations review exercise that Steemians who delegate 20% of their SP to the community benefit the same number of boomings as Steemians who have delegated 90% of their SP which isn't correct in terms of equity.
We will henceforth recommend Steemians for booming based on the percentage of delegation just like we are curating posts with the community account based on the amount of SP delegated.

Smallholder SP delegators who delegate less than 25% of their SP to the community, will be recommended for booming once per month; 50 % SP delegated equals two boomings recommendations, and from 75%, the delegator will be recommended for booming at least thrice per month.

@steem-cameroon will continue to curate posts based on the amount of SP delegated.

Together, we will grow a vibrant and rewarding community.
