The Role of Deforestation on Climate Change and possible impacts on life
Greetings to all the steemians. Hope everyone is doing great.
Today I looking at how our mother earth is suffering because of our selfishness. We have been trying to build and make more development, creat more agric lands for food production and burning of fuels just to make a living but by so doing we are causing more harm than good. So I will love to share with you about deforestation and it’s relationship with climate.
The reason for our suffering on earth
The forest with its green plants take in CO2 and gives out Oxygen in the process called photosynthesis. The process through which plants use this Oxygen is called respiration. The surplus of that CO2 when not use is stored in plants for its growth.
When there is deforestation, part of the trees cut down are burned and some allowed to decay and as a result the carbon that was stored in plants will be released to the air as CO2. This shows how deforestation helps to contribute to climate change by releasing greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. This mass cutting of trees accounts for an approximate 10% greenhouse gas emissions. The reasons for this cutting of trees are to creat more space for agricultural and other human activities like development.
We need to protect our forest from deforestation so as to limit the emissions with regards to protect Mother Earth form rising temperatures. Stopping deforestation can not solve global warming because it’s only a certain greenhouse gas produce but we have to limit the production or emission of other gases like water vapor, methane and chlorofluorocarbons.
Stopping deforestation do not help to stop climate change but goes a long way to harbor lots of fauna and flora species. With more deforestation, there will be no continuous source or stable food, pure water and medicine for the population. Reducing deforestation is another way of protecting biodiversity which can assist in sustainable development. We need to encourage regeneration and reforestation so that we can conserved more forest vegetation as carbon sinks and also limit our other sources of greenhouse gas emissions.

When we were in college,some of our colleagues use to dubiously collect money from their parents to go pay for photosynthesis because they did not even understand the term which also looked frightful to the parents. Aha!!! Cutting down of tress is a great problem to nature conservation and carbon emissions. Deforestation is a thing to denounce to preserve our fauna and flora.
Cutting down trees means cutting down on our future . There Is higher need to save the trees and grow more
We can only minimize it bro.to stop deforestation is to me an impossibility. We just need to make sure for every one tree cut 10 should be planted
