I am one of the student who always want to do skating and bicycle I rememberd during my teens I used to bicycle for hours and it has very good effects on your mind and protect you from depression and anxiety.
This is very good habit you have adapted in long run this will also protect you from so many disease
Nap is also a good habit afternoon it also relax your body and give your body rest
